How to Style a White Christmas Tree Like a Holiday Movie Set

Think of your favorite holiday film: low golden light, a quiet room and a tree that glows like the opening scene. You do not need a big house or real snow to get that look. Here is how to style a white Christmas tree for a cozy, cinematic feel.

1. Start with fluffed branches

Take a few minutes to spread out every branch tip, working from the bottom up. A full, even shape makes lights and ornaments look better. Our 6 ft white tree has 650 branch tips, so there is plenty to shape.

2. Choose warm white lights

Warm white string lights give a white tree a soft, golden glow, like a snowy cabin window at dusk. Wrap them from the trunk outward so the light reaches deep into the branches.

3. Keep the palette simple

Cream, soft gold, blush and natural wood tones work beautifully on white. Choose a few ornament shapes and repeat them instead of mixing many styles. One calm corner looks better than a crowded one.

4. Dim the room

Turn off the main light and let the tree be the star. Add a soft lamp, such as our Kitty Night Light, and LED candles for extra warmth. Please keep real candles well away from the tree and never leave them unattended.

5. Add cozy details

A knit blanket on the sofa, a mug of cocoa and a pile of gifts under the tree complete the scene. Then put on your favorite holiday film and enjoy the moment.
